Society,

society in itself isn't all too bad it’s just the repercussions of all the commodities that sting me sometimes. I think on or rather I'm kind of forced to believe that as humans we live in comfy homes and we work 7 days a week it feels like an impenetrable wheel. The wheel of society just keeps turning with every second: as a person affects it on how it moves, where it goes, and how fast the wheel turns. For example In America is not a “3rd world” country our wheel is made up of politicians, families, Joe the Plummer, and so on this cluster of ideas and opinions shape the wheel, ours, is just apparently faster than other countries. Our society is just commodity after commodity I feel like a spoiled child typing on a computer and having at least 3 square meals a day where as in other parts of the world a girl my age is working in the field all day just to feed herself. I think society isn’t fair yeah we all know the saying “Life isn’t fair” well it is gosh I mean some people in this day and age can’t afford to feed their families while I’m here complaining to my parents that my cell phone minutes are up.

My favorite story.

When I was a little kid walking around my back yard on a summer afternoon in south Florida, My grandma would always would tell me the story of how she came over here to America. The story was out of my comprehension level, I was five at the time. My grandma, while knowing this always told me about tough I never took notice on the level of detail and danger she work for the freedom that is America. My grandma is a Cuban through and through, she wears the fact that Fidel Castro
Castro is an evil person like a wrestler would to a gold belt. Her story was kind of like a moral to anything that went wrong with school, friends, anything really that pertains to her moral of “there is always a better tomorrow”. The story affects my daily life at a young age I appreciated the gift that I was born in America. My grandma would always give the story more detail as I matured in age like how was life in Cuba and how she was dirt poor, because of Castro of course. The stories are treasured every day because my Grandma is showing the early forms of dementia and her stories are withering away but I will always remember them.

Imageine all the people...walking

Technology to some is the holy grail, you can entertain yourself in multiple ways all with the click of a button. You can be at China in a mila second then find your self all the way back in less-than a blink of an eye. Then on top of this fast-pace growth, in the real world,so is the hard wear. I bought a game console less-than a year ago to find it obsolete. Call me an old lady but seriously! People if things go this fast whats going to happen when I become a 80+ year old. I'm going to be nagging to my grandchildren on how we had to drive to school and how it took 6 hours to fly to new york.Still, with all the technological advancements am I finding myself up a creek with out a paddle? No, actually I can`t wait to be an old lady. I cant wait but until then I just have to play catch up with the same old technology I love to hate.
